Join the Franklin County Genealogical & Historical Society for a session on DNA genealogy. What do you do when the family tree starts to look more like the family shrub? If you come from an endogamous population (meaning groups of people who married almost exclusively within a community) or have other complicated biological situations in your tree, your DNA results may not come out exactly "the right way." Don't let your complicated situation stop you from turning your DNA results into real insight! We'll go over identical twins way back in the line, double first cousins, 3/4 siblings, and of course, endogamy. This event is part of our DNA series led by Sarah Hawkins in collaboration with the Franklin County Genealogical and Historical Society. No prior event attendance necessary.
