You may be missing a huge part of the picture with your DNA data. How? When you get your match list from a DNA testing company, they tell you how many cM you share with that person. But those are only from autosomal chromosomes. Did you know your X chromosomes can have shared cM matches, too? It's a great way to unlock even more clues about those family mysteries. There's also special data stored in the Y chromosome and mitochondria that can help us discover where our matches line up on our trees. Come discover how to use this whole new world of DNA data! This event is part of our DNA series led by Sarah Hawkins in collaboration with the Franklin County Genealogical and Historical Society. No prior event attendance necessary.
