Walk step-by-step through the process of creating a marketing plan for your small business, in this series of four classes.
Whether you are launching a new business, need to increase awareness, achieve sales goals, or diversify your target audience, the marketing plan is your roadmap to achieve your desired business goals. In this workshop series, Certified Business Advisor and Professional Certified Marketer Tonya Wilson, from the Small Business Development Center at Columbus State Community College, will walk you step-by-step through the process of writing your business marketing plan. This workshop meets weekly for 3 weeks. You must attend the first session to participate!
The Marketing Plan Workshop series will cover: Situation Analysis, Defining Your Target Audience, Establishing Marketing Goals, Selecting Your Strategy and Tactics

These will be interactive in-person sessions where you will work with the facilitator and other participants to test and define different elements of your plan. Please come prepared to take notes. Each week builds on the last. You must be present each week to receive workshop materials. Completing assignments between classes will ensure that you will have a completed marketing plan at the conclusion of the workshop series.
For attendees who are interested, one-on-one client meetings will be set with Tonya Wilson after the conclusion of the workshop at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months to review marketing plan implementation results.
