LinkUS is our region’s transportation and growth plan — collaboratively created by COTA, the City of Columbus, the Franklin County Board of Commissioners and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) — to accommodate major population growth by expanding COTA transit service and other transportation options, like sidewalks, bike lanes and trails, throughout the region.
