Meeting Room 1

Unlock the power of metaphor and elevate your poetry in this dynamic workshop focused on the art of extended metaphors.

Unlock the power of metaphor and elevate your poetry in this dynamic workshop focused on the art of extended metaphors. Through guided exercises and close readings of influential poems, participants will explore how to weave complex, multi-layered metaphors into their writing. Learn to transform ordinary images into powerful symbols, creating deeper meaning and resonance in your poems. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the tools to experiment with metaphor in new ways and develop poems that invite readers to look beyond the surface. Whether you're an experienced poet or just starting, this workshop will inspire you to discover the richness of language and the creative possibilities of metaphor.
