Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) is a free program for families who have limited incomes or receive food assistance benefits.

Let EFNEP teach you how to make healthy food choices to improve the quality of the meals you serve your family. EFNEP offers a 9 week series of  in-person workshops that offer opportunities for discussion, being physically active, learning basic cooking skills and building food resource management skills.

The class will be held in Meeting Room 1 at Karl Road Library.
