Join FCGHS volunteers for a hands-on workshop that teaches the value of transcribing, extracting and abstracting documents to prove relationships in a family tree. Participants will contribute to an active virtual history project and learn about the library resources that can help them develop this essential skill. Limited laptops will be available, but if you are able to, please bring your own device to the workshop to get hands-on practice.
