Learn how to use the library's online resources to identify who will buy your products or services and review a business-to-consumer customer persona template.
Participants will learn how to use Reference Solutions to find their target market based on geography. The class will also show you how to utilize the Demographics Now online tool to research consumer’s buying behaviors, preferences and insights on how to best market to target groups.
Reference Solutions and Demographics Now are just two of the many online research tools available free with your library card.
