Explore the evolution of food in Columbus, from traditional markets to modern grocery stores plus local Columbus recipes with Aaron O'Donovan and Loraine Wilmers from our Local History and Genealogy team. Susan Spellman, Associate Professor of History at Miami University, will open the program with a discussion of food sourcing in the 20th century. Dr. Spellman is the author of Cornering the Market: Independent Grocers and Innovation in American Small Business, 1860-1940 (2016).
