Triple P with Nationwide Children's Hospital
Tuesday, May 26
5:00pm - 6:00pm
The Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) meets parents where they are, and empowers them with positive parenting tools that may help support their children.
Carly Fawcett LISW-S, OIMHP-III Early Childhood Mental Health Program Consultant from Nationwide Children's Hospital & Big Lots Behavioral Health Services will be facilitating 10 different workshop classes in a Triple P parenting class workshop series at MLK! One topic that will be covered is how behavior problems at school can interfere with children’s learning and development. Sometimes parents do not know anything is wrong until something serious happens. Get tips and strategies on how to work with your child’s teacher to teach your child to behave responsibly at school and follow school rules. Interested parent/guardians can participate by sending your name to jsnowden@columbuslibrary.org and she will send a link to a short survey to get registered!
