Bring your kids for a fun evening of stories, songs, and activities. Meanwhile, grown‑ups will learn tips and tricks for strengthening family relationships and reducing parenting stress,

Presented by licensed therapists and parenting experts, Matt Dunatchik and Libby Steele, the founding partners of Gestalt Columbus: Clinical Mental Health Counseling support for adults, couples, families, children, and adolescents in Columbus, Ohio. 

Learn about C+ Parenting: Parenting with Connection, Curiosity, and Compassion, Consistently. We'll explore rule setting and boundaries, parental pressure, comparison traps, and common misconceptions about "Gentle Parenting," along with other parenting styles.

Our goal is for parents and caregivers to leave this interactive discussion feeling supported, empowered, and encouraged.
