An essential first step in launching a new nonprofit is to identify and understand the needs of the population you want to serve, ensuring that your programs and services are aligned with the needs of the community and leading to more impactful and sustainable outcomes. Join Charly Bauer, Executive Director of Measurement Resources Company, as he walks through the elements of an effective needs assessment, including collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, surveying and engaging stakeholders, and translating your findings into an actionable plan that aligns with your nonprofit’s mission.
